This role is ideal for professionals passionate about bridging business needs with technical delivery teams to deliver measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to define and prioritize product features.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Ensure alignment with the SAFe Agile framework, participating in PI planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product development delivers value and meets business objectives.Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Must Have Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile role.Extensive expertise with the SAFe Agile process.Strong experience in collecting business requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.Proven ability to work collaboratively with Development and QA teams to deliver product increments.Nice to HaveExperience in the healthcare payer domain.
