Product Owner (Wealth Solution designer)

Job Purpose Research, design and develop investment products and services Pitching suitable partners , exercising due diligence; developing partnerships (internal/ external), Design customer/ product journey based on customers’ segmentation; work with all internal and external partners to develop suitable solutions Key Accountabilities (1) Agile Product Development and Responsible for designing solutions according to customers' journey. Participate in product planning and iteration sessions with tribe members to draw up overall product specifications. Gather and analyze customer insights to develop new product feature requirements and enhancement plans. Draw up the solution delivery procedures to the customer, administer the solution delivery plan to the customer according to the designed process. Develop product requirements and manage end to end product delivery including customer portrait identification và pain-point journey; Solution design; Solution Development; Testing; Launching; Experience Evaluation... and Solution Adjustment. Run daily scrums, manage product backlog, develop requirement documentation, manage support tickets and unblock barriers to progress for 1-2 squads. Facilitate daily stand ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews and drive sprints together with Scrum Master. Lead team efforts in continuous improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of programs. Coordinate and manage task execution, removing task impediments to allows squads to fully focus on product delivery. Responsible for PnL và business efficiency of solution group assigned in each period..Key Accountabilities (2) Product Marketing Manage specific tasks related to product launches (roll out to user groups, locations, etc). Identify high impact marketing interventions and lead their implementation. Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analysis to help squads continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.Key Relationships - External StakeholdersCustomers, partners providing professional servicesSuccess Profile - Qualification and Experiences Experience in researching, analyzing various types of liquid investments in both international and Vietnamese marketsStrong understanding of investment products including bonds, stocks, funds, and structured products.Skills:Investment analysisPartner assessment (both financial and non-financial)Market research and staying up-to-date with investment/securities market trendsExperience in solutioning wealth products at securities companies or fund management firms is an advantageProficient in using EnglishPossession of certifications in securities, investment analysis, or financial analysis is considered a strong asset
