We thrive in a hyper growth environment where complex challenges fuel our creativity, and every decision we make shapes the experience of millions of users across Israel.We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead and execute large-scale strategic initiatives across yad2, reporting to the VP Product. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at the heart of yad2’s business operations,combining strategic product ownership with practical system execution.What you will be doingHands-on product owner leading strategic, cross-department Salesforce projects from concept through execution, leveraging Salesforce as a core business platformPartner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define processes and workflows, and design scalable solutionsCreate roadmaps, manage and prioritize ongoing requests, enhancements, and maintenance tasks in SalesforceTranslate business needs into clear requirements for the development teamCollaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to translate business needs into technical solutions.Ensure system configurations and workflows align with company strategy and best practicesAnalyze system usage trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the platformYour skills and experience4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role – a mustStrong understanding of Salesforce processes, objects, and capabilitiesExperience translating business needs into user stories and functional requirementsStrong project management and prioritization skills – able to balance between multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, etc)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAnalytical, structured thinker with attention to detailRelevant academic degree – an advantageNice to HaveSalesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar)Experience in a marketplace or digital platform environmentFamiliarity with data analytics or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
