Product & Packaging Design Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product & Packaging Design Specialist to join our growing team at TNP Group — a retail company focusing on high-quality products for moms, babies, and families.In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life — developing innovative product and packaging designs that are not only visually appealing, but also practical, safe, and aligned with our brand values of care, comfort, and trust.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and trend analysis to develop fresh, consumer-oriented design concepts for new and existing mom & baby products.Create concept sketches, 3D models, and renderings to visualize product and packaging ideas clearly.Collaborate closely with our Taiwan Product Development Team to ensure product designs are functional, manufacturable, and meet cost and quality standards.Revise and refine designs based on feedback, usability tests, and production evaluations.Design attractive and functional packaging solutions (graphics, labels, prototypes, and usage guides) that reflect brand identity and enhance customer experience.Ensure packaging materials and processes comply with safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards while maintaining cost efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related creative field.Minimum 2 years of experience in product and packaging design or development — preferably in FMCG, baby, or lifestyle products.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).Skilled in 3D design software such as Blender, SolidWorks, or equivalent.Good understanding of packaging materials and printing processes (paper, flexible, corrugated, or rigid packaging).Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills across departments and countries.Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in handling multiple design projects.Passionate about creating designs that combine aesthetic appeal, practicality, and emotional connection for moms and families.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Candidate must be willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, North JakartaNote: Please include a link to your portfolio of work and design.
