Product Packaging Designer

Glad2Glow is currently looking for Product Packaging Designer.Scope of Work:Refresh and refine existing packaging designs, including color schemes, typography, and layouts.Develop eye-catching packaging that enhances shelf appeal and drives customer interest.Contribute creative design elements—such as color palettes, patterns, and visual motifs—for upcoming product lines.Propose innovative layout and structural design improvements for better functionality and brand consistency.Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply insights to enhance both visual impact and production efficiency.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic or packaging design for beauty products/brand.Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and color.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Blender and able to do 3D DesignFluent in English, both written and spoken.Willing and able to work fully on-site in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
