Their food and beverage initiatives include developing brands like Langshan and Nasi Rendang Nica. The company is also involved in content creation with several media channels, driving storytelling through PT MIT with Cokro Muda, The Authority, Retorika Show, and Cokro TV. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product & Partnership Lead located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Product & Partnership Lead will manage and expand partnerships, oversee product development, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the brand's market presence, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure project success. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and seeking new collaboration possibilities to enhance the company's growth. Qualifications Experience in managing and expanding business partnershipsStrong skills in product development and project coordinationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple departmentsProven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunitiesStrong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinkingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the food & beverage, education, or healthcare industries is a plusinterest in Padel is a plusCore Focus: Product Development, Merchandising, and CollaborationTugas utama:* Mengembangkan lini produk COURV (apparel, accessories, lifestyle items).* Menjalin kolaborasi produk & sponsorship dengan brand eksternal.* Mengelola sourcing, produksi, dan penjualan (offline/online).* Menyusun strategi pricing & campaign untuk setiap produk.KPI:* Revenue dari produk & kolaborasi* Jumlah partnership aktif* Keberhasilan campaign produk
