Short DescriptionPlan, initiate and execute HR functions in related to Compensation, Payroll and Welfare scope and ensure all transaction are complied with law and regulations while supporting associates welfare as reasonable level in order to maintain high service level and positive working environment. Plan, Develop and initiate a variety of programmes and activities covering full spectrum of HR functions including of compensation and benefits, associate welfare, expatriate relations, engagement, market survey, etc Manage and propose continuous improvement to associates supports for all HR related matters such as welfare services, expatriate supports, compensation & benefits, salary system, etc Ensure compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations and employment acts to limit the legal exposure and liability Follow up, entry and process on payroll related transaction & ensure the accuracy and deadline being adhered all the times Involved in payroll or financial audits related activities Involved as planning committees in the roll-out and implementation of human resource initiatives and associates activities such as Employee Engagement Survey, Service Awards Ceremony, etc Provide supports to associates as and when required Establish effective reporting and communication devices to ensure the personnel are appropriately informed Supervise & train junior either via On-The-Job training or one-on-one coaching session Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from times to times
