Product &Pricing Officer (Tamheer)

Job Summary:The Product &Pricing Officer supports the pricing and revenue management activities of the Product & Pricing Department. Under the leadership of the Manager Product & Pricing, the Junior Analyst performs analytical tasks to optimize revenue generation, profit margins, and customer acquisition and retention. This is a highly strategic position with strong learning opportunities.Responsibilities:Market Research: Assisting with Product & Pricing research to help the organization understand market trends and competitive pricing practices.Pricing Support: Supporting the development of pricing structures, including list rates, discount matrices, and fee schedules, ensuring alignment with market conditions and cost structures.Strategy Contribution: Providing analytical support for the commercial revenue strategy, helping to drive profitable growth under the supervision of the Manager.Compliance & Audits: Assisting with checks to ensure compliance with internal pricing guidelines and supporting the auditing of customer contracts.Data Analysis: Participating in analytical projects to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions.Qualifications:Education: recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills.Technical Skills: Familiarity with analytical tools. Proficiency in Excel is a must. Exposure to SQL and relational databases is a plus.Attention to Detail: High level of attention to details and organizational skills.Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with team members.Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Language: English is required.Eligibility: Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program.
