Product Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Product Procurement Specialist to join our Purchasing Team at our Head Office in Eyüp Sultan, Istanbul. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or EngineeringExperience in purchasing home appliances is an advantageProficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)Advanced level of English (written and verbal)SAP experience is preferredNo restrictions for domestic travelStrong communication and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented mindsetCompleted military service (for male candidates)Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to actively driveMinimum 2 years of experience in product procurement is preferredJob ResponsibilitiesConduct price and technical analyses for product purchasing activitiesMaintain regular communication with manufacturers and identify new potential suppliersEnter and update product information in the ERP systemSupport the tracking and coordination of ongoing product projectsManage communication with suppliers regarding pricing, product features, compliance, and deliveryCoordinate between the Purchasing Department and other internal teams to ensure smooth information flowParticipate in the request for quotation (RFQ) processShare updates on order status and other relevant procurement information with internal stakeholdersMaintain records and follow up on procurement documentation and formsPrepare monthly purchasing reports and present them to senior managementPlan business trips and meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
