Someone who sees the details, understands the bigger picture, and makes sure our product is stable, consistent, and ready to scale.The roleAs our Product Quality Specialist, you are the final checkpoint before anything goes live.You translate clear direction from the product team into structured test work, spot opportunities to improve the product, and coordinate with development to ensure a smooth release.This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and a sense of ownership. You don’t just tick boxes; you understand why something matters, think along with the product logic, and help raise our quality bar.What you’ll doOwn end-to-end quality for new features, flows and content across all languages.Create and execute detailed test plans, including regression, flow and acceptance testing.Validate bug reports, reproduce issues and maintain a clear backlog of bugs, improvements and product suggestions.Provide weekly reporting on quality status, risks and opportunities to improve the product.Review translations and content (AI-assisted + human checks) for consistency and clarity.Write and maintain product documentation, help center articles and release notes.Provide second-line product support on complex cases.Proactively identify UX issues and product inconsistencies and suggest practical improvements.Who you areYou have strong analytical skills and structured thinking.You work independently, take ownership and don’t let go until things are correct and complete.You collaborate easily with developers and non-technical colleagues.You enjoy improving things, not only fixing issues but also suggesting enhancements.You’re detail-oriented and methodical, with a natural drive for accuracy.You communicate clearly in English (Dutch is a strong plus).Experience in SaaS, QA, product support or product operations is a strong advantage.What we offerSalary: €4000–€5000 gross per month (depending on experience).Unlimited paid time off, you manage your own balance.Remote, but you’re always welcome in our office in Rijswijk, The Netherlands.A MacBook for work and personal use.A role with direct impact in a fast-growing scale-up where quality truly matters.An informal, ambitious team where your work becomes visible immediately.Your impactYou are the person who keeps Guardey consistent, stable and user-friendly.
