Associate – Product Regulatory Location: Dublin PQE: 1–7 years Type: PermanentOverviewOur Client, a Dublin law firm is seeking an Associate to join its specialist Product Regulatory and Life Sciences team. The role offers high-level advisory work across EU and Irish regulatory regimes, along with exposure to major product liability litigation for leading global clients.Responsibilities • Advise on EU and Irish life sciences and product regulatory matters. • Support clients in digital health, software medical devices and emerging technologies. • Assist with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. • Manage complex product liability litigation, including multi-party and cross-border matters.Candidate Profile • 1–7 years’ experience in life sciences, product regulatory or healthcare regulatory law. • Litigation experience, especially product liability, is an advantage. • Experience in medical device, pharma, food or cosmetics regulation desirable. • Strong interest in EU/Irish regulatory work essential.Offer • Strong salary, pension, healthcare and bonus. • Excellent training and career development. • Hybrid working and a supportive team culture.
