Job description:Product Development ComplianceReview product specifications and related documents (e.g., mock-ups, RIPLAY, marketing materials) to ensure regulatory compliance.Monitor and coordinate product filings and approvals with OJK in collaboration with Regulatory Compliance.Sales ComplianceReview and investigate reports of potential violations by sales representatives.Conduct regular monitoring and assurance of sales activities and processes.Prepare investigation reports and track follow-up actions to ensure timely corrective measures.Training & Awareness ComplianceEnsure mandatory compliance trainings, awareness programs, and integrity declarations are conducted as planned.Develop training materials and evaluate employee understanding of compliance topics.Projects and Other AssignmentsSupport assigned projects and other tasks as per designated responsibilities.Job qualification:EducationMinimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Economics.Work ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Sales Compliance in a life insurance company, or 5 years of experience in Compliance or Internal Audit within the financial services industry.KnowledgeGood understanding of life insurance business.Knowledge of Market Conduct, Code of Conduct, and Good Corporate Governance principles.Familiarity with Anti–Money Laundering (AML), Counter–Terrorism Financing (CTF), and Counter–Proliferation Financing (CPF) regulations.SkillsStrong understanding of regulations, particularly the Sales Code of Conduct.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with internal reporting or compliance tools.CertificationsLife Insurance professional certification (e.g., LOMA or AAMAI) (preferably).Certification in Compliance or Risk Management (preferably).
