With a cutting-edge digital portfolio and a mission of Equal Healthcare for All™, we help drive industry progress and bold change.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop MR product strategy in DACH region; promote UIH MR products to expand customer base and increase market share.Closely collaborate with regional sales team to achieve sales targets and product marketing objectives for MR modality.Execute Go-to-Market strategies and action plans aimed at improving project win rates.Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in strategic countries; collaborate closely to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and leadership positioning of MR products.Interface directly with prospective customers to determine optimal MR system configurations aligned with their clinical requirements.Create and deliver customized presentations, product demonstrations, and reference site visits for potential customers.Regularly conduct market surveys and competitor analyses within the region; summarize insights for management teams and business units to support customer-oriented MR solutions and product development.Prepare training materials and deliver dedicated product training sessions to customers, business partners, sales teams, and other stakeholders.Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.Qualification RequirementsTechnical knowledge of medical imaging technologies and equipment with a strong emphasis on Magnetic Resonance (MR).Bachelor’s degree or above in medical sciences or related fields.Minimum 5 years of successful professional experience with proven leadership in the diagnostic imaging industry in DACH region (preferably focused on MR modality).Strong business acumen combined with excellent communication skills and project management capabilities.Deep understanding of the MR diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer requirements.Open-minded attitude coupled with entrepreneurial spirit.Fluency in German and EnglishSkills: technical knowledge in medical imaging,presentation skills,customer relations,market analysis,presentation and demonstration skills,competitor assessments,kol relations,sales strategy,product management,medical devices,kol relationship development,medical imaging,go-to-market strategy,communication skills,entrepreneurship,market surveys,product strategy development,communication,leadership,sales and product marketing,healthcare,project management,customer training
