We also lead global research initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and support industry associations in developing more sustainable practices.We are now looking for a Product Sales Manager in Korea to grow our business through product-focused sales and strong customer engagement.This role focuses on developing new product sales opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and supporting the entire sales cycle from quotation to contract. It’s about understanding customer requirements and delivering the right Interroll solutions to meet their operational needs.We are looking for someone who shares our values: committed to excellence, passionate about customers, respectful, and long-term focused.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for Interroll products.Expand relationships and revenue with existing customers across relevant sectors.Prepare detailed product quotations and manage the contract and order process.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Interroll product solutions.Support timely and effective communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.Collaborate with technical, customer service, and manufacturing teams to ensure solution alignment.Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to planning and forecasting activities.Represent Interroll at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in product sales, ideally within logistics, equipment, or industrial sectors.Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships.Familiarity with industrial products and solution selling is preferred.Excellent communication skills in Korean; English proficiency is preferred.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Customer-focused, self-driven, and structured in execution.What We OfferA hands-on commercial role with a focus on product portfolio growth.Exposure to top-tier customers and industrial applications.Cross-functional support from global and regional teams.Competitive compensation and benefits.Opportunities for growth within a global industry leader.
