Job RequirementsRole/Job Title: Product Sales Manager-Trade SalesFunction/ Department: Wholesale BankingJob PurposeDrive Asset (Balance Sheet), flow-based trade business and Revenue for Trade product for the Wholesale Banking clients. Sourcing, structuring, implementation of funded and non-funded trade business for existing and new clients. Collaborate with the client coverage Team and risk Team in order to manage the portfolio risk.Roles And ResponsibilitiesTo build and grow the bank’s Trade Finance & Services portfolio and overall business.Develop detailed account plan and execution strategy for each client and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with account plan.Prospect and identify corporate clients with strong Trade potential (NTBs)Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors’ products, market landscape on Trade and Capital Account businessProvide inputs on products, service levels and product features to product and strategy teams to help develop a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products.Provide inputs on sales strategy for setting up Trade Finance and servicesOwn, articulate & execute business strategy covering product development management, sales & service delivery so as to achieve trade targetUpdating & training Relationship Managers on Trade & Capital Account ProductsEnsure timely implementation of client deals and assist them for resolution of transactional queriesHousekeeping - managing of deferrals in a timely mannerBuild industry knowledge in certain sectors that would help manage the portfolioEducational QualificationGraduation: Any graduatePost Graduation: Any post-graduateExperience: 5-10 years of experience in product sales
