Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs Product Sales Specialist (MedSurg Portfolio) with Solventum, you will be responsible for representing a wide range of infection prevention and wound care solutions across hospital and out-of-hospital settings. This role blends clinical knowledge with strategic sales expertise to drive market share, develop customer relationships, and support long-term growth across Denmark.You Will Make An Impact ByChampioning a targeted area of Solventum’s MedSurg value proposition, with a strong emphasis on infection prevention, wound care and related technologies.Building and nurturing high-impact relationships with clinical leaders, procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders.Driving strategic pre-tender engagements, leading tender implementations, and supporting the successful launch of new innovations.Shaping and delivering value-based pricing strategies while positioning comprehensive solutions across our wound care, infection prevention and surgical portfolio.Strengthening key account performance through structured CRM practices and a consistent, insight-driven sales approach.Your Skills And ExpertiseEducation & Experience:A nursing background and a relevant life sciences or business degree, along with clinical sales experience.Proven experience in medical sales — preferably across wound care, infection prevention & surgical solutions.Experience in hospital and/or out-of-hospital (OoH) settings is a strong advantage.Understanding of infection prevention, 2-layer compression systems, operating theatre workflows, and related medical technologies is desirable.Key CompetenciesExtroverted, proactive, and confident in building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.Team player with a high-energy, results-driven mindset.Capable of working cross-functionally and engaging across multiple levels of an organization.Structured and methodical in problem-solving, account planning, and sales strategy.Strong communication skills – verbal and written, fluent in English (Danish is a plus).Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.Strong data analysis and reporting skills.Work Type: RemoteWork Location: Hovedstaden/Capital region, Denmark – Ideally the candidate will be living in Zealand, and preferably in the district/region of Hovedstaden/Capital region.Travel Requirements: 25-30% (domestic travel, within Denmark, in line with business needs)Package includes: Competitive base salary, bonus plan, company car, laptop, mobile phone, and full benefits package.Relocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
