With several new models launching in 2026, BYD has ambitious plans for the Australian market.About the roleA BYD Product Specialist will assist & introduce our customers to the exciting BYD product, working alongside a highly supportive team. You will be trained & educated to know all the specifics of the vehicles, from battery capabilities to performance features.To be successful you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, an engaging personality and passion for delivering an outstanding and memorable guest experience.Desirable criteria:Exceptional people skillsTeam orientated mindsetBuilding relationships and educating in all matters of electric vehiclesAbility to use tablet technology and capture customer dataExcellent communication and transferring informationHave a valid driver's licenseA natural passion for guiding and assisting customersA great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing a challengeThis position requires a 5-day work week, including Saturdays.
