CONMED is seeking a Product Specialist to add to our Orthopaedic sales force in Victoria. The Product Specialist will be given the opportunity to sell an innovative bag of Orthopedic products to the following call points: Orthopaedic & General Surgeons, Private & Public Hospitals.Go to www.conmed.com to see our exciting product range.This is a position for a sales professional seeking high visibility within a growth organization with experience in Surgical Devices and passion for a broad range of Surgical Specialties.What You’ll Do:Be selling our range of our Orthopaedic portfolio including, Sports Medicine implants, Biologics, capital equipment and associated consumablesDetermine sales strategies for key accounts with the assistance of Business Unit Director and Marketing colleaguesBuilding strong relationships with KOL'sImplement agreed sales strategiesPrepare customer proposals for sales, contracts, pricing agreements and consignmentsFollow up customer requests in a timely and professional mannerGenerate new sales opportunities and maintain existing businessCover surgical cases & set-up trialsCommunicate with senior executives and key decision-makersMeet quarterly and annual targets What You’ll Bring:High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment and professionalismExcellent time management and prioritizing abilities2+ years of prior consistent quota achievement/top performance in Medical Device Sales, selling into the Operating Theatre environment (preferred)Tenacious and focused on achieving goals
