As a part of the esteemed group, it combines global opportunities with a commitment to employee well-being, making it an ideal workplace for those seeking both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and identify opportunities for digital product enhancements in alignment with product priorities.Analyse product performance against business goals and KPIs to inform roadmap decisions.Gather, analyse, and document detailed product requirements including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Lead solution identification to maximise value, reduce risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, support backlog clarification, and remove delivery blockers.Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365FO and related technologies, providing insights and recommendations.Develop and deliver training materials as part of the product learning offer.Essential Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) and Azure.Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) within Dynamics 365FO.Proficiency in JIRA and Azure DevOps.Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.Optional Skills: Exposure to service governance models and business blueprint creation.Experience in training delivery and performance tracking.Interested?
