This role involves calling on hospitals, clinics, sleep labs, durable medical equipment companies, meeting with key decision makers to drive clinical practice change. You will become a trusted clinical advisor and offer your customers a portfolio of proprietary products for respiratory and sleep equipment.This role involves building solid, long-term relationships with customers (medical specialists, nurses, managers) and sales prospects to gain recognition and trust in the company.Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targetsDevelop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territoryAdvise, support, guide, and convincingly inform doctors, nurses, and technicians in hospitals, homecare clinics and sleep labs about the quality of our products and servicesDeliver presentations and training sessions and contribute to the organization of symposia and conferencesTrack opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/SalesforceMaintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunitiesContribute, in close collaboration with Customer Service and other professionals in our organization, to the continuous improvement of our services, always keeping the needs of the patient and the client(s) centralWho are we looking for?A commercially oriented professional with clinical/hospital/technical experienceStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of people and focused on optimal service deliveryExcellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory.Fluency in both English and French is requiredDutch language skills would be a plusSalary Range:To be discussed during the interview.
