That feat takes extraordinary people-those with the guts to challenge the way things are and transform them into something better.To be part of Team Maya is to be Bolder for Better.DescriptionAs the Product Manager for SKU Marketplace Products, you will own the strategy and roadmap for high-frequency, high-value digital products such as Airtime Purchase, Bills Payment, Shop Marketplacesetc.. These products are critical to driving user engagement, retention, and revenue within our ecosystem. The role requires expertise in digital product management, partner integration, and marketplace dynamics, ensuring seamless user experiences, operational reliability, and continuous innovation.You will work closely with internal teams and external merchants/partners to grow adoption, expand SKU categories, and ensure our platform becomes the preferred destination for essential digital transactions.NATURE OF WORKDefine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airtime, Bills Payment, and Shop Marketplace among the other marketplace productsLead onboarding and integration of merchants, billers, and SKU suppliers with seamless UX and robust technical implementation.Partner with Business Development and Partnership teams to source, evaluate, and activate new merchants and SKU categories.Design and Develop AI roadmap to monetize SKU products adoption including Agentic commerce offering within the marketplace.Develop end-to-end solution designs, from requirements to implementation, ensuring scalability and compliance.Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user impact, revenue opportunity, and technical feasibility.Manage cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, Ops) for timely delivery of features and integrations.Monitor SKU performance, user adoption, and partner SLAs, making data-driven decisions for optimization.Identify growth opportunities and promotional strategies to drive SKU transactions and repeat usage.Ensure compliance, fraud prevention, and operational reliability across all SKU transactions.Stay updated on trends in digital commerce, marketplace products, and partner ecosystems to maintain competitive advantage.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.4-5 years of product management experience in digital commerce, payments, or marketplaces.Proven track record of launching and scaling SKU-based or marketplace products.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, PDLC, and product best practices.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with biller/merchant integration and SKU pricing models.Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and agentic commerce models, and their application to digital commerce and marketplace ecosystems.About UsMaya is the all-in-one money platform that is bringing Filipinos bolder ways to master their money. It is powered by a unique integrated financial services ecosystem that addresses the ever-evolving needs of today’s generation of money makers through cutting edge technology. We lead millions of Filipinos — consumers, businesses, communities, and government agencies alike — into a version of the current digital economy that’s more inclusive, transparent, and empowering than ever. We are powered by the country's only end-to-end digital payments company Maya Philippines, Inc. and Maya Bank, Inc. for digital banking services. Maya Bank, Inc. and Maya Philippines, Inc. are regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. https://www.bsp.gov.ph/
