Job DescriptionProvide on-site and remote clinical application support to customers for ultrasound systems.Assist in pre-sales activities, including clinical presentations and product trials.Prepare and align new product launch plan and ensure its implementation.Conduct product demonstrations, workflow optimization, and clinical education for healthcare professionals.Support installation and commissioning of ultrasound systems in collaboration with the technical service team.Deliver post-sales training and ongoing application support to ensure customer satisfaction and system utilization.Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and sales teams to improve system performance and features.Organise product training to new entry sales personnel and refresher training for existing personnel.Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques, technologies, and clinical applications.Participate in trade shows, workshops, and clinical training events as needed.Collect market intelligence such as competitors' information, new technologies and share with Field Sales.RequirementsDiploma in Medical Imaging, Sonography, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent clinical background.Minimum 2 years of hands-on ultrasound scanning experience in a clinical environmentTng Wess Lee License No.: 02C3423 Personnel Registration No.: R1551835Please note that your response to this advertisement and communications with us pursuant to this advertisement will constitute informed consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data by ManpowerGroup Singapore for the purpose of carrying out its business, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
