He/She will be involved in tactical elements like brand positioning, leading business development activities includes close collaboration with regional/Global colleagues. He/she ensures a multi-disciplinary brand team approach, covers for forecasting, deal negotiation, prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates and acts as the key contact with colleagues from Regional/Global for implementation, and follow-up. He/she drives market access projects both in the government and private sector. He/she will ensure execution excellence in Sales, for the implementation of strategies, tactics and resources optimization to achieve the business plan in accordance to company values & compliance framework. He/she will be the company spokesperson for marketing communication, internally and externally. In terms of reporting, he/she will analyze sales data, monitor market trends & internal/external factors, tracking of KPls & business objectives and report on a monthly basis to the Business Unit Manager.Who You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in both product and sales positions in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Ability to collaborate with Regional/Global stakeholders and involvement in Regional/Global initiatives and projects. Ability to focus on outcomes and measurable results and finding ways to optimize resources via the use of analytical tools and problem-solving techniques. Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key internal and external customers.
