This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Our focus is on enabling predictable, repeatable outcomes that help organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows.What You’ll DoLead product strategy workstreams for digital initiatives across industries, helping clients define and deliver impactful products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, business) to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.Conduct user research, market analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product direction and prioritization.Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align teams and uncover opportunities.Use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI for ideation and prototyping, predictive analytics for prioritization, automation for backlog grooming) to accelerate product strategy and delivery.Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product plans and MVP definitions.Contribute to Slalom’s product capability by sharing best practices, mentoring peers, and supporting internal initiatives.What You’ll Bring6–10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or digital innovation, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.Proven success shaping and launching digital products across platforms and industries.Strong understanding of product frameworks (e.g., Jobs to Be Done, Lean Startup, Agile, OKRs).Experience applying AI tools to accelerate product discovery, design, and delivery.Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range is $110,000 - $171,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
