The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for providing product support, delivering top-notch customer support, analyzing customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also need to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.QualificationsProduct Support and Customer Support skillsStrong Analytical Skills to understand and address customer issuesExcellent Communication skills for efficient interaction with customers and teamsCustomer Satisfaction skills to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and serviceAbility to work independently and remotelyFlexible schedule to accommodate cross-time zone collaboration.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plusPrevious experience in the software industry is advantageous
