This role will be responsible for managing domestic and international vendors to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries of finished goods, components, and packaging, while supporting production schedules and product launches. The Procurement Analyst will act as a key liaison between Kitsch and our vendor partners, driving performance improvements and ensuring vendor capacity aligns with forecast demand.This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.Manage domestic and international vendors to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries for finished goods, components, and packagingIssue, manage, and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring alignment with production and launch timelinesMonitor vendor production schedules and follow up proactively to address risks or potential delaysMaintain and evaluate vendor scorecards, implementing improvement plans when necessary to enhance performanceTrack and analyze vendor capacity and capabilities to ensure they can meet forecasted demandPartner directly with vendor supply chain and production teams to address challenges and align prioritiesProvide visibility to the Supply Chain Manager on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities for optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Logistics to support seamless launches and ongoing replenishmentSupport initiatives to improve cost efficiency, quality, and service levels across the procurement functionEnsure procurement activities are aligned with the company's goals of achieving the top service level for customers. Qualification/Requirements:Experience3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably handling contract manufacturers for mass brandsExperienced in NetSuite, and in the cosmetic/haircare/hair accessories industry, strongly preferredProven track record of managing vendors to achieve OTIF delivery performanceKnowledgeable in Supply Chain, experience with ERP systems, and vendor managementHigh level of English (C1, C2)Required SkillsStrong knowledge of procurement practices, terms, and negotiation strategiesFamiliarity with production processes, fulfillment requirements, and capacity/efficiency metricsProficiency in tracking vendor performance and implementing improvement plansStrong analytical skills to assess vendor capacity against forecast demandSoft SkillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external vendorsSelf-driven and highly goal-oriented, with a strong sense of urgencyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environmentsEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferredEquivalent experience in procurement or supply chain may be considered in place of formal educationWhat We Bring To The TableCompetitive Pay/BenefitsRemote positionA dynamic teamAn open mind for new ideasGrowth…growth and some more growth!Our Hiring Practices: KITSCH LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
