Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Production and Menswear Consultant. The role involves overseeing and managing menswear production processes, coordinating manufacturing activities, and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. The consultant will also work with clients to provide tailored menswear solutions, align production goals with client expectations, and maintain strict project timelines. Collaboration with design teams, production staff, and vendors will be required to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.Qualifications- Technical knowledge of menswear, - Managerial and leadership capacity, Can use digital tools for production planning and has managed a large team (30 - 50) and above in prior experienceExperience in Project Management, including the ability to oversee timelines, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of Manufacturing processes relevant to menswear, including materials selection, production techniques, and quality control.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.Proven experience in the fashion industry, particularly in menswear, is essential.Ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field, is preferred.Experience with local and international fashion trends and practices is an advantage.
