Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Chef located in Montreal, QC. The Production Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing food production to meet quality standards, and ensuring consistency. The role includes managing inventory, adhering to food safety standards, collaborating with other kitchen staff, and contributing to menu development. The Production Chef will participate in sourcing fresh ingredients while supporting the team's culinary expertise. Qualifications Culinary skills, including food preparation, food production, and menu developmentExperience with inventory management, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring kitchen organizationKnowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and health regulationsLeadership and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and oversee operationsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and presentation standardsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environmentRelevant certifications or training in culinary arts, food safety, and health regulationsBilingual ability in French and English is an asset
