Production Converting Manager

Job Description:Directing the cutting, finishing, and overall production of carton boxes to meet established specifications.Ensuring that the finished products meet the required quality standards and addressing any quality issuesOptimizing production processes, reducing waste, and maximizing throughput.Implementing and enforcing safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employeesManaging and leading a team of production staff, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and supportWorking closely with other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and engineering, to ensure smooth operationsControlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resourcesIdentifying and implementing strategies for improving production processes, quality, and efficiencyEnsuring adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.Providing regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and other key indicatorsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant majorsAt least 10 years experience in a within a carton box manufacturing or related industry and 3 years in managerial roleUnderstanding of carton box manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.Familiarity with equipment like corrugators, die cutters, and flexo folder-gluers. Ability to motivate, supervise, and develop a team of production staff.Placement in Karawang, West Java
