Our Production Coordinators are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have very strong communication skills, as well as a flare for organisation and a passion for animation production. They undertake unique, daily challenges that arise from producing a 3D animation project.Our Production Coordinators are excellent communicators, organised, able to use their initiative and generally make themselves indispensable in this fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our new and exciting show.We are very happy to discuss flexible, hybrid and remote working options for all our vacancies. The successful candidate will need to commute to the London studio 2-3 times per week and will require the right to work in the UK. Please not that this vacancy can close early if we receive a high number of applications.Day To DayAct as the communication hub across all animation departments, as well as with our clientsHelp to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for productionPlan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budgetBe across all aspects of the production as a whole, as well as individual departmentsEnsuring the team are working towards the various goals and deadlines that the production demandsAbout You Must Have:Confidence in motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to a tight deadline.Experience of working with Production Management Software & Microsoft Office.Excellent organisational skills and good at multitasking.Great team player.Self-motivated, and able to deliver on schedule, working calmly under pressure.Hard working and efficient.Very strong communication skillsHave good IT skills.Bonus PointsExperience in scheduling and managing teams across multiple departments.Client-facing experience.Experience working on long form animated series.Experience of post production processes.Excellent at controlling finances.About UsBlue Zoo is a leading animation studio in the UK, with a world-class reputation as the go-to place for creating bold, fun and characterful animation.
