Always at the frontier of innovation, KCD is dedicated to a continuum of experience: Catalyzing it, creating it, and ensuring that it lasts.JOB DESCRIPTION Manage main production documents for live events i.e., production bible, production schedules, call sheets; ensure they are up to date & communicated to all team membersDevelop and manage, supply lists, and equipment information and needsVendor management; engage onboard and set up all new vendors. Coordinate vendor payments with the production department; ensuring all invoices are coded correctly & vendors are paid on timeOversee front of house management for events, including acting as a liaison between vendors, and show calling teamManage staff recruiting and schedulingSupervise event PA’s and door personnel. Drafting break schedules & coverageManage installations and equipment or supplies for events Coordinate utilities needed or information with events staffAdminister all transactions, ensures all receipts are filed and all expenses reconciledCapture all costs in the cost trackerCollect all invoices to be processed and ensure all invoices are paid on timeCoordinate contracts & SOWs with legalAssist with general admin duties which may include scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and shipping of items. QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience working as a production coordinator in the fashion industry is essentialStrong work ethic and innovative thinkingExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, time-management & prioritization skillsAbility to work with clients and understand their needsAbility to work in a team environment and actively promote and engage both colleagues and clients in open communicationKnowledge and understanding of the Fashion and entertainment industries, designers, creative directors and emerging style Detail oriented, independently motivated and ability to follow throughStrong Microsoft office skills are a must, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointREQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working either in house or with an agency in an event production role capacityUndergraduate DegreeWorldwide travel required
