At the moment, we are looking for a Production Coordinator for a company specialized in metal fabrication, based in Botoșani.Ideal CandidateUniversity degree, preferably in a technical or economic field;Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a management role within a production unit;Experience in implementing and optimizing production processes (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) – considered an advantage;Proven leadership, coordination, and team motivation skills;General technical knowledge of production processes;Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment;Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills;Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word).Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the daily activity of teams in the assigned production area;Monitor performance and production indicators (productivity, quality, delivery deadlines);Identify and implement solutions for process optimization and efficiency improvement;Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards;Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth production operations;Propose and implement measures for the continuous improvement of operational flow.BenefitsAttractive salary package;Meal vouchers;Professional development opportunities.
