Thought-provoking, relevant and always influential, Vogue defines the culture of fashion.Job DescriptionLocation:Milano, MIThe RoleCondé Nast Italy is searching for a precise and inspired Production Coordinator to support the shaping and delivering of Vogue Italy’s creative output across print and digital platforms. Working along with the Executive Editor and partnering with the wider Visuals and Editorial team, this role is responsible for producing photoshoots, researching imagery, and coordinating production and logistics for all Vogue Italy projects, spanning editorial shoots, branded content, events, commercial productions, and daily editorial activities. A strong network of agencies, photographers, stylists, creatives, studios, and production partners is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, attention to details and negotiations simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and willing to support all production needs across Vogue projects, ensuring excellence in execution at every level.Please note that this role will collaborate with Condé Nast Italy as a freelancer using an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA).Primary ResponsibilitiesProduce shoots for all Vogue Italia platforms (print and digital), liaising directly with international agencies, photographers, stylists, creatives, studios, and Vogue editors to manage assignments and logisticsLiaise with external production companies for the planning and execution of shoots and special projectsManage shoots budgets efficiently and work within allocated resources.Negotiate and secure image rights and fees for both commissioned shoots and researched imageryOversee post-production processes, coordinating image selection (low-res and hi-res) and final deliveryConduct visual research for print and digital stories using a wide range of image sources and stock agenciesTrack monthly stock image usage and process invoices in collaboration with the Visual teamCreate mood boards and pitch visual concepts and story ideasCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all content meets Condé Nast and Creative standards for brand integrity and production qualityManage production from commissioning creative teams through delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budgetOversee contracts, photo fees, and usage rights in collaboration with the branded content team and CN legal departmentMaintain and manage photo and branded content production budgets, negotiating rates with external vendors to optimize costs and ensure consistency with operations teamsCreate assignments, send call sheets, and process invoices in a timely and accurate mannerProvide daily editorial, creative and logistics support across all platforms, contributing to planning, commissioning, and final approval of projectsBe available and proactive in supporting any editorial production-related needs across Vogue Italy projects, including events, commercial productions and editorial team’s needsPrimary Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in Media, Publishing or Creative productions, namely shootings and sets for photo, print and digital contentsStrong background in visual production and art buyingProven experience producing photo content efficiently and managing teams on setA deep knowledge of key productions partners (photographers, stylists, agencies and wide-range suppliers)Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with a strong logistical and operational mindsetExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesComfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation skills and experience working with budgets and contractsA collaborative and solution-oriented professional, willing to support all types of production needs across the brandStrong editorial judgment and the ability to contribute to creative and editorial decision-making from concept to executionPassion for storytelling through imagery and high visual standardsWhat happens next?If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below, and we will review your application as soon as possible.
