A company whose culture inspires collaboration among teams and departments, and believes all employees make an impact.This position reports to the VP of Operations and your responsibilities will include:Prepare, secure and stage shipments for delivery to customerWork with the Logistics Coordinator to process outbound shipmentsCommunicate with drivers upon arrival and load shipmentsResponsible to ensure order fulfilment is complete prior to delivery through a thorough QC processBack up support for the crating area as neededSupport with incoming freight as neededMaintain a clean and orderly staging areaThe ideal Production Employee will possess:Previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing or assembly environment.Experience managing outbound freight logistics, including driver coordination, BOLs, packaging, staging, and loadingAbility to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of timeA strong capacity to learn our product and processesWillingness to engage in hands-on learning and continuous improvementA time-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize based on operational schedulesAbility to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit-down forkliftAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat Aluvision has to offer:A culture that empowers its people, sparks innovation and is customer focused.
