Production Engineer

-Job Description: The production engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lines, ensuring efficient production, quality products, and a safe working environment. This role leads a team of operators, design, implement, and optimize production processes and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of beverages-Job Specification:-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.-Leadership skills.-Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing).-Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.-Attention to detail and organizational skills.-Experience:3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the beverage industry, preferably in PET and CAN lines operations-Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.-Duties and Responsibilities:-Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.-Implement corrective actions to address production issues.-Lead and develop a team of operators and maintenance personnel.-Provide training, coaching, and feedback to ensure skill development.-Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.-Generate duty roster for operators.-Control overtime.-Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
