The ideal candidate will have a background in welding, machining, and assembly processes, with experience in the production of military vehicles preferred.Responsibilities:Welding:Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding techniques.Experience in setup (tack), gouging, deformation, and using fixtures like turnbuckles.Familiarity with reverse transformation, layer and pass welding, shielding gas usage, and various welding positions (e.g., 1G, 2G).Knowledge of root gaps, welding RHA (Rolled Homogeneous Armor) and Aluminum materials (~45t), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).Ability to operate layout machines for measuring, and experience in flame forming and straightening, as well as foam molding processes.Machining:Experience with Plano-millers, CNC milling, boring, and turning machines.Proficiency in both manual and CNC machining techniques.Knowledge of drill jigs, deburring, re-tapping, and manual programming (M-Code, etc.).Ability to set up and fixture parts, and understanding of general and geometric tolerances, marking, and tolerance accumulation.Assembly:Proficiency in troubleshooting assembly issues.Experience with electric and hydraulic devices.Ability to perform bore sighting operations.Requirements:Major in Mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering or Related major.Basic knowledge of welding, machining, and assembly processesFamiliarity with Word and Excel for documentation and data analysis.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.#HanwhaAerospace #JoinOurTeam #CareerOpportunities #Innovation #GlobalTalentAcquisition
