Production Engineer

OverviewTITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Production Engineer for our plant in Patra. The position reports to the Production Manager.The primary scope of this role is to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the pyroprocess and related chemical processes, contributing to the production process and the overall success of our plant.ResponsibilitiesSupervise execution of work orders ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness of workOversee and optimize the related processes for production effectivenessResponsible for the verification of the quality and quantity of the produced product, ensuring its compliance with quality standardsMonitor and analyze process data & analytical tools to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costsPrepare technical reports and support decision making with actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, taking proactive measures to maintain a safe working environmentConduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols and proceduresDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processesEvaluate & implement advanced control automation & AI systems adapting to digital transformationRecommend equipment upgrades to improve throughput and reduce downtime.Stay updated with industry trends & innovations in cement manufacturingQualificationsDegree in Engineering from a Polytechnic School (Chemical or Metallurgical)Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece3+ years of working experience in a similar position in a manufacturing, industrial or construction setting would be an assetProactive, resourceful, solutions oriented and results-orientedAble to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlinesCommunication with internal and external parties in a collaborative, positive mannerCritical thinking and creative, problem-solving skills Able to quickly adapt and learnTeam player and solid interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English languageMilitary Service fulfilled (if applicable)What We OfferPrivate health insurancePension planAnnual checkupPerformance bonusPrepaid cards for supermarketLearning and Development opportunitiesWellness programsAt TITAN we provide equal opportunities for employment, prohibiting any kind of discrimination.
