Production Labourer (Seasonal Positions Available)

Bourgault Industries is looking for Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team in St.Brieux, SK. If you are motivated, attentive to detail and enjoy hands-on work, this is the job for you!We Are Looking For Full-Time Permanent Full-Time Temporary (until April 2026)Responsibilities Following detailed procedures in the designated department. Operating front end equipment including CNC and manual machines. Blasting, coating, hanging and packaging parts. Assemble products coming into assembly areas from internal and external suppliers.Academic/Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. On the job training provided.Required Skills/Experience Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work a 2-week rotating shift. Able to perform physical work. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
