Coordinate and execute the administrative, creative, operational, and production processes related to wedding organization and design, ensuring consistency between the aesthetic proposal, approved budget, and client experience. Ensure efficiency in managing resources, vendors, and teams while maintaining the company’s established standards of quality and timeliness.
