Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1）负责监督胶粘剂生产运行工作； 2）降低生产成本，提高生产效率。确保人和机器设备负荷匹配用以满足客户订单需求； 3）把控产品生产产量、质量、成本，保证产品及时交付； 4）保证全体生产人员都接受恰当的培训，各司其职； 5）配合上级机构组织的健康、安全与环境(HSE)活动，遵守执行公司的健康、安全与环境(HSE)的规章制度； 6）保证整个工厂工作的安全性和环境的整洁性； 7）完成上级安排的其它工作。 任职要求：  良好的沟通能力；  丰富的管理生产团队的工作经验；  5年以上化工厂工作经验，胶粘剂企业从业经验者优先考虑；  良好的计算机操作技能；（SAP，MS Office）  英语4级或相当的英语能力；  化工或工程专业本科学历。
