Production Manager

Overview :To manage the production of manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to budgets and deadlines.To lead and coach engineers to continue strike for improvement and Production System implementationMain AccountabilitiesProduction Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource allocation.Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve production goals.Quality Control: Monitor product quality and safety standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Safety: Conduct tools box talks and identify any gaps that’s need to be improved. Consistently engaged with team to ensure safety of workplace.Budget Management: Oversee production budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within financial constraints.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all RCA was conducted effectively and action plans implemented accordingly.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related issues.RequirementMinimum education level - degree in Engineering coursesAble to write and communicate in English and MalayPeople management skillExperiences in production operationRoot Cause AnalysisKaizen and 5S
