Production Manager / Coordinator – Fortune Swimwear (Hanoi, Vietnam)About the Company Fortune Swimwear is a Los Angeles–based apparel company specializing in high-quality men’s and women’s swimwear for leading U.S. retailers. Our Vietnam team plays a vital role in global product development and manufacturing, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery across our growing international programs.About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production professional to oversee the manufacturing process—from development through shipment—ensuring all garments meet design, quality, and timing expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to manage all stages of production.Develop and maintain production schedules and critical path timelines.Negotiate costs for materials and manufacturing to ensure margin goals are met.Oversee fabric deliveries, trims, and approvals to meet bulk readiness dates.Monitor quality and resolve production issues in collaboration with QA and Technical teams.Support logistics, order processing, and shipment coordination.Qualifications3+ years of experience in apparel production or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of garment construction, scheduling, and vendor management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.Fluency in English preferred; Vietnamese required.How to Apply Please send your CV (English preferred) to jobs@fortuneswimwear.com with subject line: Production – Hanoi.
