We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and passionate about Eastern wear, with the ability to lead teams and build efficient production workflows for a fast-growing fashion brand.Job Description:Job Type Full-Time, OnsiteLocation Lahore, PakistanWorking Days Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Rotational/Fixed)⭐ Key Responsibilities:R&D for Seasonal Collections: Research fabrics, designs, motifs, trims, and accessories for upcoming collections.Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for fabrics, embroidery, printing, and production.Budgeting & Planning: Create cost sheets, collection budgets, and production plans.Quality Assurance: Oversee all sourcing, sampling, stitching, finishing, and vendor-based execution.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Khaka, Adda work, handwork, and embroidery techniques.Inventory Management: Track materials, trims, and finished goods with accuracy.💼 Professional Traits We Require:Strong team leadership + team player mindset.Solid on-ground knowledge of markets, vendors, and production resources.A person who isn’t afraid to experiment, innovate, and try new things.Ability to work in a fast-paced clothing production environment.📌 Additional Strengths (Big Plus):Understanding of multiple fabric types, stitching styles, digital/rotary prints, adda/embroidery work.Experience in clothing e-commerce (startup or established brand).How to Apply:Apply on Linkedin or Send your CV and short intro (text or video) to:📧 official@dynamites.pk📱 +92 300 0383683
