Production Manager

Location: North Tivoli, Brisbane QLDEco Growth International is Australia's leading manufacturer of sustainable, biologically enhanced fertilisers, with operations in Queensland, and Western Australia. Renowned for our innovative products that promote soil health, we cater to conventional, regenerative and domestic retail markets across the country.Due to our growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager. This position reports to the State Operations Manager and is responsible for managing all day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production of high-quality fertiliser products. This position will initially be based at our North Tivoli site but will move to Toowoomba upon completion of our new start of the facility. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging daily production activities to meet volume, quality, and delivery requirements.Monitor process performance and make real-time adjustments to optimise throughput and minimise downtimeLead, mentor, and supervise a team of production and support staff.Develop work schedules, training plans, and performance goals.Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labour resources.Who you are: We are looking for a professional to join us during this exciting period of growth.
