Production Manager

We are an internationally renowned family-owned company headquartered in Cressier, near Neuchâtel. We design, develop, and manufacture centrifugal pumps and control valves, supplying demanding sectors such as industry, chemicals, and wastewater treatment.To strengthen our Production department, Emile Egger & Cie SA, based in Cressier, is looking for a:Production Manager (M/F) – 100%You will lead the Production department, which encompasses various aspects of the manufacturing process. Your role will be to ensure the production and delivery of pumps and parts within the required timeframe and quality standards. You will be responsible for improving the efficiency of operational processes. With several production sites worldwide, you will work on strengthening collaboration with them.Main responsibilities :Production Manager (including machining, assembly, metalwork, methods, maintenance, and workshop planning)Implementation, review, and monitoring of production indicatorsCollaboration with the Technical Department and project managersDefinition of continuous improvement processesCollaboration with the Quality Department to ensure product qualityManagement and optimization of production costs in CressierImplementation of safety rules and environmental standards on siteParticipation in the development of the product strategy and adaptation of operations accordinglyDefining the production strategy and proposing associated investmentsContact with critical suppliersParticipation in Management Team meetingsProfile and skills :Proven track record in a similar role within one-unit or small-batch productionKnowledge of machining techniques, processes, and toolsNatural leadership and production management experienceStrong organizational and analytical skillsDemonstrated project management experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of financeFluency in French and English (knowledge of German would be a strong asset)If we have aroused your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates) at rh@eggerpumps.comFor more information about our company: www.eggerpumps.com
