Elgas LimitedProduction ManagerPapakura, New Zealand | req25621Be part of a team that powers communities – supporting daily operations at a Major Hazard Facility (MHF), where you’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of our Bottle Swap Plant.What You Will Enjoy DoingYou will coordinate plant operations to ensure LPG cylinders are filled and refurbished to the highest safety and quality standardsOversee site safety and compliance, including access control, inductions, and incident responseFurther, you will support the upkeep of plant equipment, infrastructure, and contractor activitiesAnd you will monitor product quality, manage checklists, stocktakes, and reporting processesFoster a supportive, safety-focused team culture that values collaboration, learning, and accountabilityIn this role you will ensure all team members are trained, competent, and supported in their roles, assisting with recruitment and ongoing performance developmentContribute to environmental and safety compliance through effective planning and resource managementWhat Makes You GreatYou have experience in a similar operational or facility-based roleStrong organisational and coordination skills are required in this roleA safety-conscious, proactive approach to problem solvingYou have a clear and respectful communication, with a collaborative mindsetWillingness to continue learning and growing within a regulated environmentFamiliarity with LPG products and industry standards is an advantageWhy you will love working with usWe identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
