The company currently employs around 130 people.As part of a replacement and to ensure continuity of operations at Eneko, we are recruiting a Production Manager (m/f).Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager plays a central role in implementing the company’s industrial strategy. You will lead production activities to ensure product availability for internal customers, while meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. You will also be a key driver of continuous improvement and team engagement.You will be responsible for :· Production planning & execution: Organizing and adjusting production levels based on customer needs and team capacity, in collaboration with planners and staff.· Operational performance: Monitoring and achieving production KPIs, optimizing costs, productivity, and energy consumption, and ensuring efficient use of consumables.· Team leadership: Leading daily production meetings, ensuring clear communication, and managing team attendance and performance.· Continuous improvement: Deploying the Atlantic Production System (APS) tools (5S, SMED, waste reduction, problem-solving), leading improvement actions, and maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.· Risk management & compliance: Ensuring safe and compliant operations, coordinating with maintenance, and taking appropriate decisions in case of safety or quality risks.WHAT WE OFFER:Company carComplementary Health Insurance for familyWork in international company and environment by using EnglishOpportunities for professional growth and developmentPLACE OF WORK:İzmir, TurkeyJOB REQUIREMENTS :You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. You have 5 to 7 years of experience in a production or industrial environment, including 2 to 3 years of successful team management experience.You are recognized for your leadership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to engage teams. You are structured, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a strong asset.Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential for this role.
