Production Manager - Batching Plants and CrushersGeneral Job Objective:To supervise the production operations of concrete and crushed materials (aggregate and sand), ensuring that production quality meets required specifications, while improving operational efficiency and minimizing resource waste.Duties and Responsibilities:Full supervision of the operation of batching plants and crushers, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Monitoring daily and weekly production plans to align with project requirements.Monitoring the quality of manufactured materials and ensuring adherence to approved specifications and technical standards.Coordinating routine and emergency maintenance operations for equipment in collaboration with the Maintenance Department.Managing and directing operating teams, drivers, and technicians to achieve production goals.Monitoring raw material inventory levels and coordinating with Procurement to secure needs.Preparing daily and monthly reports on production, breakdowns/faults, and fuel/energy consumption.Adhering to occupational safety and environmental instructions within the work sites.Developing and improving work procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.Coordinating with Project Management to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Production Management or a related field.Strong leadership and team management skills for supervisory and operational leadershipExperience in production planning, workflow management, and schedulingKnowledge of safety and quality control practices in a production environmentTechnical skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshootingExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in production management software and toolsPrior experience as a Production Manager in a similar industry is a plus
