Job Title: Production Manager (Events)Location: UAE & KSA – Multiple Projects Contract Duration: Starting Immediately – Until End of December 2025 Salary Range: From AED 20,000+ (depending on experience) Availability: Urgent / Immediate Start Required Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid UAE Residence VisaOverview:Our client is urgently seeking experienced Production Managers to support multiple ongoing and upcoming event projects across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live event production and technical management, with the ability to handle fast-paced builds and deliveries under tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all production and technical aspects of live events, exhibitions, and brand activations.Coordinate with on-site teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely delivery.Review technical drawings, BOQs, and schedules, ensuring feasibility and compliance with design and safety standards.Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to HSE protocols.Work closely with creative, project management, and operations teams to deliver projects to a high standard.Manage budgets, logistics, procurement, and supplier coordination.Lead on-site build, rehearsals, and show operations, ensuring seamless execution.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in event production, exhibitions, or large-scale live event builds.Strong technical understanding of staging, lighting, rigging, AV, and fabrication.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Must have a valid UAE Residence Visa.Immediate availability and willingness to travel to KSA when required.Offer:Salary starting from AED 20,000+ per month, based on experience.Opportunity to work across high-profile international projects in the region.Fast-paced, collaborative environment with leading global event agencies.
