Production Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Production to lead and manage daily operations of our lubricant plant in Cilegon. The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.Develop, fine-tune, and execute production plans aligned with overall plant objectives.Monitor key metrics such as OEE, yield, downtime, and capacity utilization, and take proactive corrective actions.Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to enhance productivity.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.Collaborate with Maintenance, QA/QC, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.Promote a strong culture of safety, housekeeping (5S), and continuous improvement.Manage and develop the production team through coaching, performance reviews, and skill enhancement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in production management, preferably in lubricant, chemical, or FMCG manufacturing.Proven track record in plant operations, team leadership, and process optimization.Strong knowledge of production planning, OEE, and quality systems.Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM implementation.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Why Join UsOpportunity to lead a growing manufacturing facility within a reputable lubricant company.Work in a professional environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Competitive compensation and clear career growth potential.📩 How to Apply:Submit your CV via LinkedIn Easy Apply or email to hrd.m@npmgroup.co.id with the subject line:“Application – Head of Production (Cilegon Plant)”
